On December 10th, Sock by Sock joined the Vintage Market at Inholland University of Applied Sciences in Alkmaar. This inspiring event brought together various sustainable initiatives, giving students, teachers, parents, and other visitors a closer look at how small actions can make a big impact.
Board member Eric Roosen shared Sock by Sock’s mission in an interview with the local media, delivering a clear message: “Sustainability is free and right there, waiting for you in your sock drawer.”
The event was a great success, with many visitors immediately embracing the initiative. The mix-and-match approach to socks proved both practical and fun—especially when Sock by Sock provided free socks to spread the word.
